We are recruiting for the exciting role of part time Temporary Sales Advisor to join the team at our Garden Centre in Titchfield. The role will support in the running of the Garden Centre over the festive period.

What does the role involve?
We are seeking an individual who has a keen eye for detail and can deliver a first-class customer experience to maximise sales throughout the garden centre.
Responsibilities
Provide our customers with an exceptional level of service by assisting them in selecting products, answering questions and providing recommendations.
Ensure Garsons merchandising and housekeeping standards of the department are maintained.
Ensure displays are innovative, practical, and maintained, and that these are refreshed on a regular basis.
Order product using our retail management system.
Communicate effectively at all levels.
Carry out everyday duties such as processing till transactions; advising customers; stock replenishment; stock rotation; lifting and moving stock.
What skills and experience do you need?
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Previous experience within a retail environment.
Competence and confidence to work with computers.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Ability to work on their own initiative.
Contract:
This role is part time and fixed fixed term. We are looking for an
immediate start
until 31st December 2025.
Salary:
From 10.48 to 12.31 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
4x days per week (days to be negotiated). 9.00am to 5.30pm. There may be opportunity for additional hours/day.
