About Fig1

Fig1 is an independent homeware and gift retailer. We've been trading in Bristol for 15 years and currently have shops at Wapping Wharf and Quaker Friars, Cabot circus. We specialise in design led gifts and homeware.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that merchandise is well-presented. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management to ensure product availability. Process goods in and internet orders Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high standards of store performance. Participate in promotional events and assist with visual merchandising efforts as required.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively. A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, during the peak season.
