We're on the lookout for Christmas Temporary Sales Assistants to join our team in

Westfield White City

, from

November to late January.

We're looking for fun, creative, and service-focused individuals who embody the spirit of Peter Alexander. Our ideal candidates are team players who thrive in fast-paced retail environments, with a passion for customer satisfaction and visual merchandising. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to deliver memorable service are a must.



You'll be on a

minimum 5-hour contract

, with plenty of opportunities for overtime during busy trade. Weekend and evening availability is essential, as our peak shopping times fall across these hours. We require availability across

key trading dates

such as

Black Friday Week, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day

, as these are some of our busiest and most exciting times in store.



There's also potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a genuine and memorable customer experience in line with the Peter Alexander brand Work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets and store goals Assist with stock management, processing, and replenishment Support the team with visual merchandising and promotional changes Help maintain store standards, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment Follow company policies to minimise stock loss

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To succeed in this role, you will:


Be confident and proactive in engaging with customers Have a strong customer focus and a passion for creating a fun shopping experience Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Show a keen eye for detail in stock and visual merchandising Be reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn
