As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while assisting with various tasks throughout the store. Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries. Maintain a clean and organised store environment, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and shelving new stock. Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately, processing transactions while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Participate in promotional events and seasonal displays to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required during peak periods. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative when needed.
