Do you want to work in Sales, using your scientific background to help our customers in solving their analytical challenges?


We are currently seeking an

Chromatography Solutions Specialist

within our Inbound Sales Team who will be responsible for supporting our customers with their technical, product and order related inquiries whilst meeting and exceeding sales and unit goals.

What you'll be doing:

Respond to customer enquiries via chat, phone, web, and email with product support, quotes, and order assistance. Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise on chromatography solutions. Deliver product info, recommendations, and basic application guidance. Use CRM, ERP, and support tools to document and manage interactions. Help achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

The essential requirements of the role include:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a Life Science (e.g. Chemistry, Biology). Experience in Sales or Customer Service. Strong teamwork mindset, organisational skills, and multitasking ability. Knowledge of chromatography and/or sample preparation.
