Job Description


Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and working at our Corby, London, or Nuneaton sites.

As the CI Business Analyst, you will ensure that we provide our people with the right digital platforms that enable our people to build the right improvements or better understand how their processes are performing.

What you will do

  • Develop visual metrics that inform the Business where they are on their CI journey
  • Support the CI community by providing user friendly engaging tools and systems that help understand their information efficiently
  • Develop, create, and maintain a reliable set of tools and systems that support the business through collaborating with the CI Community
  • Test tool and system changes to ensure fit for purpose when released to our people
  • Document CI tools and Systems process architecture
  • Maintain knowledge in the development of Microsoft products such as (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint)
  • Support the CI community with the development of technology improvements delivered to the customers design principles
  • Manage managing technology requests for CI community
A bit about you
  • Passionate about business analysis and making things simple
  • Technical mindset with a good understanding of Microsoft products (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Has a curious mindset and actively interested in latest trends in the profession
  • Proactive in building relationships and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Has an open mind and is willing to listen to others\' views and opinions
  • Is adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment
  • Good working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence Tools
