QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIRED
No qualifications necessary, but retail experience is preferred.
KEY SKILLS FOR CINEMA GENERAL STAFF
Personal qualities such as good problem solving, organisational, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are important. All candidates must be confident, commercially aware and capable of forming good relationships with a wide range of people. Good business and IT skills are also important. Cinema staff must be able to work fully flexible hours and
must be over the age of 18 years to comply with cinema licensing laws.
