Role overview



We are looking for a full-time advocate for the Circuit brand. You will be an integral part of the team, providing a link between the laundry users, the Universities and Circuit.

You will be responsible for engaging Circuit laundry users by making meaningful connections with both laundry users and site key contacts. Your relationships with a range of stakeholders across the University will help them plan and deliver campaigns along with creating activities that contribute to a positive user experience and increase engagement, utilisation, and growth

Key tasks



To create and manage engagement opportunities, campaigns and events for laundry users Create a strong network of key contacts throughout the Universities by frequent phone/email activity ensuring they are up to date with our current marketing and incentives Drive brand image and awareness on social media platforms Oversee brand reputation through strategic social media engagement Design, create and deliver video content on how to get the best out of your laundry Liaise with Account Managers and Customer Relationship Managers to understand what support they require to maximise engagement Analyse site performance exception report to understand whether a site requires a specific campaign or incentive to improve their revenue Take ownership of the end user experience Organise, attend and host focus groups, research sessions meetings and presentations Facilitate collaborative events and sponsorship opportunities Identify issues impacting machine performance, and work with the wider Circuit team to resolve and minimise machine downtime Agree upon and drive initiatives to increase usage and revenue Proactively manage potential issues and complaints Manage the team of Laundry Ambassadors

Knowledge and Skills

Essential -

Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with laundry users and staff Can be flexible and are able to work in a busy environment and work to demanding deadlines Excellent communication skills Close attention to detail Outstanding writing skills
Desirable -

Understanding of commercial laundry or similar service environments Familiarity with basic scheduling or customer management systems

Experience

Demonstrable background of delivering customer solutions to a variety of audiences

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a service-based setting

Qualifications



Essential -

We will need you to have a full UK driving licence as the role involves UK travel.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
