What will you be doing?
This position will require the operation, implementation, and improvements of existing and new Citrix on-premise implementations in multiple global datacenters.
The individual will lead the global Citrix team that is responsible for support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and participating in various projects to enhance service and productivity.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide L3+ support to delivery teams on escalated issues.
  • Generate root-cause analysis related to critical incidents and problems.
  • Engage with vendor on getting support, updates, and planning as required.
  • Take ownership of designated technologies covering Citrix environment and platforms.
  • Review and ensure all internal documentation is kept current and shared centrally with the rest of the team.
  • Ongoing evaluation of the Citrix environment and plan for future capacity and technology changes needed to the environment.
  • Partner with key stakeholders at Circana to create Citrix solutions to meet business needs.
  • Prepare documents that define SLAs, SOW, and other business requirements in accordance with the business needs.
  • Will be responsible for directly managing a 24x7 support team.
Requirements
  • Must have in-depth knowledge and 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting, implementing, and managing complex Citrix environments.
  • Citrix Certified Professional - Not required, but helpful.
  • Five years of experience working in an ITIL managed environment.
  • Must be expert in the entire Citrix product offering. Netscaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, and legacy Citrix products experience is required.
  • Must be able to work in tandem with customers, project managers, and other engineers to develop customized, managed infrastructure.
  • Detailed knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and networking is required.
  • Must have implementation and migration experience with medium to large Citrix environments for enterprise customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and senior leadership interaction.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $120,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
