This is a challenging but deeply rewarding position, working across the full breadth of our borough and engaging with diverse communities. Youll be at the forefront of solving community issues, supporting residents, and helping to keep Stockton-on-Tees a clean, safe, and welcoming place for all.

In practice, the role will involve providing an effective response to environmental enforcement and engagement activities. This includes tackling issues such as dog fouling, anti-social behaviour, fly tipping, breaches of Public Space Protection Orders, and abandoned vehicles. The role will also involve parking enforcement to help maintain safe and free-flowing traffic in the local area.

To be considered for interview, you will need: A full driving licence
Experience of managing a caseload
To be eligible to submit an application for accreditation under the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme with Cleveland Police and meet the standards of acceptance to the Scheme which will include passing a security vetting
