We have over 100 years of civil engineering and construction experience, delivering multi-million pound infrastructure schemes, primarily within the water industry. We currently employ over 50 members of staff to assist with the delivery of our civil engineering projects.

Civil Engineer

The Role
The successful candidate will work from our head office in Llandissilio, Pembrokeshire and our sites across south-west Wales. The candidate will be an influential member of our project delivery team. Typical responsibilities will include:
Contributing to our design and build schemes through the full project lifecycle.
Review of external civil design submissions to ensure designs are fit for purpose and comply with current standards and legislation.
Work collaboratively with our clients and appointed consultants to deliver high quality design solutions.
Engage positively with wider stakeholders throughout the design phase.
Maintain project plans throughout the pre-construction phase and ensure key dates are met.
Support our project delivery teams during the construction phase. Duties may include setting out, quality inspections, and compiling handover documentation.
Essential Attributes, Qualifications & Skills
The successful candidate will require the following attributes and skill set:
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
A good understanding of civil engineering at both the design and construction phases.
Excellent IT skills, particularly the use of Microsoft Excel, Project and Word.
Strong planning and organisational skills, self-motivated.
Well spoken, with good use and presentation of the English language.
Punctual, with excellent time management.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
