The role is within the Engineering, Assurance and Compliance Team (EnACT), and you will assist in the provision of technical governance, legislative, regulatory and safe to operate assurance for the infrastructure within HMNBP. This role provides an opportunity to join a well-established team, working alongside highly competent and experienced engineers. You will be a civils engineer educated to degree level and have demonstrable evidence of working within a civil engineering environment.
You'll Have:
An extensive background and understanding of heavy lift services, mechanical handling and slinging from a managerial perspective.
Management skills and be able to lead a team effectively.
Lifting AP certificate (essential)
IOSH/NEBOSH accreditation (desirable)
Computer literacy skills, conversant with Microsoft Office including Excel, and fully familiar with the use of smart phones.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working and managing under pressure to achieve set deadlines.
