Job Description

We are looking for a proper Civil Engineer, someone who knows construction, understands site realities, and isn't afraid to take ownership.

This is not a paper pushing role. You'll be involved in real projects, real decisions, and real outcomes.

THE ROLE:

Running and supporting civil works on active construction sites Groundworks, drainage, foundations, structures - you should know the drill Reading drawings, spotting issues early, fixing problems fast Dealing with site teams, subcontractors, and clients without hand holding keeping projects moving, safe, compliant and on track
YOU NEED TO BE:

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience) Experienced on UK construction sites Confident, switched on, and practical Someone who doesn't panic when things get messy Able to communicate clearly and take responsibility
BONUS POINTS:

Chartered or working towards it London project experience (or nation wide) Can drive and get to sites without excuses
