Infrastructure Team
Our expanding team excels in drainage, highways, and plot design, working closely with transport planners to offer fully integrated infrastructure solutions. We combine innovation and accuracy to uphold exemplary engineering standards. Our services cover:
Flood risk assessments
Drainage design, including SuDS (private and adoptable)
Sewer diversion projects
Highway and access design (private and adoptable)
Level strategies and earthworks assessments
Infrastructure asset management
Underground services coordination
Site supervision
The Role
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 1-3 years of experience, keen to develop professionally and contribute to exciting projects. You will receive mentorship from senior engineers and participate in all stages of project delivery, from feasibility to design and construction.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and delivery of infrastructure projects
Carry out feasibility studies and option assessments
Prepare reports for planning and technical submissions
Produce and manage accurate CAD drawings
Draft technical specifications and design documents
Engage directly with clients and take on early client-facing responsibilities
Collaborate with senior staff for guidance and development
Skills & Experience
Background in drainage, highways, earthworks, or utilities coordination
Experience with Civil 3D and Causeway Flow/MicroDrainage is beneficial
Exposure to multidisciplinary teams or large-scale projects
BEng/MEng or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related field
Strong desire to work towards professional registration (e.g., ICE)
