We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects. This position requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, along with proficiency in relevant software and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be innovative, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
Design and develop civil engineering projects including Property structural work and home improvement projects
Manage the site and staff
Work closely with Director and project design and documentation.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
Collaborate with architects, Workers , and other engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Purchasing materials and managing cost
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for Directors outlining project progress and outcomes.
Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Implement system design strategies to optimise project efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, Mathcad, and other CAD software.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations pertaining to civil engineering projects.
Excellent mathematical skills for precise calculations and data analysis.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
