Role Overview



The Civil Engineer will play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects. This position requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and review designs, drawings, and technical specifications for civil engineering projects. Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies to support project planning and execution. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with architects, contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Oversee and monitor construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications. Identify and manage project risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and cost estimates for management review. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency and safety practices.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in construction, infrastructure, or structural engineering projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, or similar design and analysis software. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction projects.
