We specialise in high-quality structural steel solutions for the rail industry, including bridges, gantries, and infrastructure support, with a strong commitment to safety, precision, and reliability

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Civil Engineering Operatives to support railway infrastructure projects across the UK. This role is initially offered on a zero-hours contract, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work on a range of rail projects as operational needs require.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out civil engineering works on railway projects, including groundworks, gantry installations, and structural tasks Work in accordance with all railway safety standards and site procedures Support site teams to ensure works are delivered on time and to specification Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork at all times

Requirements

Proven experience working in civil engineering within the railway sector PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification highly desirable Strong understanding of railway safety standards and procedures Ability to work flexibly and travel to various UK sites as required Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a site team Full UK Driving licence
