Civil Liberties Senior Lawyer / Team Leader - Liverpool
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Hybrid or Remote (3 days from home or 1-2 days per month in office for team catch-ups)
Clarke Legal Specialists are working in partnership with a respected firm in Liverpool who are seeking an experienced Civil Liberties Senior Lawyer / Team Leader to join their growing department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Liberties or Human Rights Solicitor ready to take the next step into leadership or for an established Team Leader looking for a fresh, flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and mentor a team of Civil Liberties lawyers and support staff Oversee complex casework involving Human Rights and Civil Liberties claims- Ensure compliance and quality across the department Support the strategic growth and development of the team
About You:-
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE (Civil Liberties / Human Rights) Proven team leadership or supervisory experience Strong technical knowledge and case management skills Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring abilities Passionate about access to justice and client care
