We currently seeking a skilled Civil Operative to join our team. This role is critical in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom infrastructure, ensuring that project deadlines and quality standards are met while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Perform Test Rod and Roping as required. Perform cabling work and repair any blockages encountered during installation or maintenance. Submit updates and daily photo reports. Oversee vehicle and tool maintenance. Comply with regulations and standards. Keep equipment and vehicles clean and functional

Required Accreditations: SA 006, NRSWA 1 - 8 First Aid Training Experience in telecom infrastructure installation and maintenance Knowledge of industry standards for overhead spanning and cabling work Excellent attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations in the telecom sector Ability to troubleshoot and resolve blockages in cabling installations
