Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Organising and coordinating plant, materials, and labour across various projects. Liaising with the Operations Director and client management teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Overseeing civils projects including deep drainage, earthworks, concreting, and highways works. Ensuring compliance with adoptable standards for highways and water authority works. Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on all sites.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Experience in project supervision within the civil engineering sector. A keen eye for detail and quality with a strong work ethic and adaptable approach. A sound understanding of highway and water authority adoptable standards.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Full UK driving licence CSCS Card First Aid Certification SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

Desirable Qualifications

CPCS (Plant Operations) Streetworks Operative or Supervisor Certification Confined Space Training
