Civils Co-ordinator

you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end civils management processes.


The team are responsible for several activities with the aim of completing civils work quickly and cost effectively to enable successful installations for our customers.


As part of the team, you will be expected to be competent in all activities that


Understanding of how a Fibre O the team is responsible for although you may be asked to specialise in specific areas.



Skills & Experience required to do this role...



Understanding of how a Fibre Optic broadband installation is complete. A working knowledge of what "civils" are and why they are required. Good written and oral skills and numerically literate Competent in Microsoft products, including excel, ppt, word. Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders. Preferable experience in internal mapping systems, including APF, FF portal, Openreach portal or other similar systems

Your key responsibilities as Civils Co-ordinator will be...



Completing work packs for civils work requests. Ensuring civils work is within budget or working with ISPs to obtain additional payment from customers. Working in a way that drives our CTC, CRD and RFT measures. Managing the PTW processes. Supporting the UGLI process as required. Coordination and communication of all aspects of civils with internal teams, ISP partners and outsource partners (wayleave, delays, etc.) Tracking and reporting on KPIs. Answering ISP enquiries by phone or email and being the initial point of escalation for ISP / members of the public. Calling customers as required e.g. to obtain more information or book appts. Supporting other areas of the Wholesale Operations team where required.
