Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Coordinator to join our team in Swindon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning civils activities relating to fibre installations. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring the successful execution of our projects across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

Main duties and responsibilities include:

- Liaising with local authorities

- Open/closing noticing permits using a AFS system

- Planning, coordinating, and tracking

- Working closely with Civils Manager to ensure local authority compliance

- Collating and processing field reports/documentation

- Field engineer whereabouts information

- Liaising with clients, employees, subcontractors and other third parties

Applicants must have the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the telecoms industry

- Good written/oral communication

- Good IT literacy with applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook

- Experience of working on OPENREACH related projects
