We are currently recruiting a skilled Foremen, to join our growing team working across Kent and the surrounding counties. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, competent individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work in all elements of civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out a wide range of civils works safely and efficiently Leading gangs on site and ensuring work is delivered to programme and specification Operating plant and machinery, including 360 excavators Working effectively as part of a site team and liaising with site management Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times Delivering works to a high standard

Essential Requirements

Must have a Valid

360 excavator Ticket

Must have a valid

CSCS card

Clean UK Driving Licence

Minimum 5 years of experience Skilled, competent, and confident working at site level Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts Experience working on highways, rail and infrastructure projects

Desirable (but not essential)

Additional plant tickets or relevant qualifications Experience in the Rail industry
