Job Responsibilities:
Communicate relevant information to those undertaking work, including risk assessment briefings , toolbox talks and safety alerts
Conduct regular site safety inspections and record findings on the standard report forms.
Follow up actions from your inspections that cannot be immediately resolved to close down.
Intervene constructively if you see unsafe acts or conditions
Seek advice from your manager or the Health and Safety Manager/Adviser as required. Ensure that contractors who carry out work on our behalf, work in a safe and proper manner and that they follow all agreed health and safety procedures
Participate in accident and incident investigation with the aim of preventing recurrence.
Encourage the site teams to report incidents and make full use of the hazard reporting system.
Answer Customer queries.
Answer Client queries.
Inspect & allocate new jobs when required.
Inspect completed jobs & collate tracksheets, including post works and liaise with the commercial team.
Complete & submit SRR's & MOS423 forms.
Conduct Disciplinaries / investigate incidents.
Provide 3rd party damage information to client when required.
Complete & submit site specific method statements / H&S460 / SCO.
Compile weekly Timesheets.
Set up and conduct team meetings.
Set up and conduct supervisor meetings.
Submit Holiday requests.
Compile OOH Standby rota.
Be part of the CEC or Escalations rota.
Inspect supervisor site audits, sign off & send to SHEQ.
Complete Site audits as per guidelines.
Action SHEQ site audits as required.
Instruct team or complete TBT's & send attendance sheet to SHEQ.
