We are recruiting a Civils Project Manager to take ownership and lead the delivery of a high-value regeneration project.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take full ownership of a high-value regeneration project and deliver it to the highest standard. You'll support the senior operational team, oversee planning and programming, and allocate resources effectively to ensure work is completed on time and on budget.
Experience across social housing-based regeneration works - such as paving, landscaping, retaining walls, fencing, gates, bin stores, and general civils - is highly desirable.
We're looking for a people-focused leader who can inspire and influence teams, bringing creativity, confidence, and a proactive mindset to site challenges. You will be able to communicate effectively with site teams, customers, and senior management, using your understanding of team-working and motivational principles to drive positive results.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who thrives on responsibility, acts with honesty and integrity, and promotes the Company's values at every opportunity. If you're adaptable, solution-focused, and ready to make an impact, we'd like to hear from you.
