Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Claim Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the processing and management of insurance claims.

Evolve Brokers are a well established Lloyds Broker who deal with US Binding Authorities and Open Market placements.

This role is on a 12 month contract for Maternity cover - upon the end of the contract we will review with a view to poiential contract extension.

Place of Work - Home Working but will be required to work in the office when needed.

Role Responsibilities.

Day to Day handling of incoming new losses and claim reports for existing claims.

Presenting claim reports, cash calls, updates to Underwriters via email, ECF or in person.

Relaying Underwriters comments to TPAs, Counsel, Coverholders in a timely manner.

Communicating with TPAs, Counsel, Coverholders regarding claim status.

Handling & Processing of monthly claim bordereau on our internal system and ECF.

Handling & Processing of Loss Funds & Loss Fund returns.

Monitoring incoming claim funds and requesting payments to TPA's

In person meetings with TPAs, Counsel, Coverholders & Underwriters when required.

Creation of Loss Run reports

Experience Required

Minimum of one year's Insurance Claims experience, working with ECF & Xchanging.

Experience with Binding Authority Claims handling.

US Property

Claim knowledge is advantageous but not required.

US Transportation

Claim knowledge is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
