The Claims Team

What you'll be doing



Receiving inbound phone calls from third party drivers who have been involved in an accident with a Marshmallow customer Providing updates to third party drivers who are using our claims services, ensuring they receive a high quality, professional and empathetic service. Raising payments in a timely manner and with accuracy. Responding to customer inquiries and emails and actioning supplier communications. Using your initiative as well as various tools to locate driver contact details and cross referencing information between various databases Occasionally taking inbound call to register new claims, providing outstanding service and ensuring customer needs are taken care of sensitively and effectively Proactively spotting patterns in the frustrations of our customers, identifying where and how we can change our processes to improve results Liaising with our partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What we're looking for from you



The ability to utilise your enthusiasm to positively influence customers Desirable: experience in a customer facing role requiring persuasion skills such as Sales or Fundraising Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident telephone manner Ideally some experience of inbound and outbound phone calls Desirable: knowledge of motor claims processes

Our process




We break it up into 2 stages:

Initial call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team (15-20 mins) A skill-based interview with two members of the Claims Team (30 mins)

We'll let you know if you're invited to an interview or not. But, as a small team with a lot of applications to consider, we can't give personal feedback on each application.
