St James's Place (SJP) mis-selling claims

and are looking for dedicated

Claims Advisors and Team Leaders

to join our growing team.

The Role

As a

Claims Adviser

specialising in SJP mis-selling claims, you will:

Have experience inputting to and refining the St James Place claims process to improve the customer journey and maximise upheld complaints Manage your own caseload of SJP claims from initial lead through to outcome. Speak directly with customers to fact-find, explain the process, and provide updates. Gather and organise evidence to support complaints, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Draft and submit complaint letters to SJP and, where necessary, escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Keep case files and CRM systems up to date with all correspondence and documents. Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and support team goals.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have at least

6 months' experience submitting and winning St James's Place (SJP) claims

. Are confident speaking with customers and can explain complex financial issues clearly. Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Understand FCA/FOS processes and the rules around advice fees and redress. Are comfortable managing deadlines and a high-volume caseload. Share our values of

Pay: 27,000.00-39,000.00 per year
