Credit Control Analyst

London

Hybrid, two days in office

12 month fixed-term contract

We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd's, Europe and North America.
Due to growth, we are looking for an additional Credit Control Analyst to join a small sub team in our Claims Operations division -

this is a technical role suiting someone from an insurance claims background.

You'll manage credit control activities, reconcile data from third-party administrators, oversee payments and recoveries and help maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Reconcile and analyse TPA bordereaux submissions and cash allocations. Oversee claims payments, ensure timely processing, and maintain audit trails. Manage debt collection, resolve payment queries and reduce overdue balances. Produce reports on claims, debts and recovery performance. Collaborate with claims, finance, compliance and legal teams to enhance processes and manage credit risk

Candidate requirements

Right to work in this location Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (ACCA/CIMA a plus). Experience in credit control or debt management from within the insurance claims sector - in particular, accounts reconciliation experience across TPAs Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with a proactive, organised approach. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teams. Contributing positively to our culture and values.
