The Role



Our

Claim Handlers

are the voice and heartbeat of our business -- the first point of contact for our customers and the driving force behind everything we do.

This is a rewarding yet fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll handle enquiries via phone and email, take ownership of your assigned claims, and balance multiple priorities with confidence. Working as part of one of our dedicated, client-focused teams, you'll collaborate and support your colleagues to deliver outstanding service and meet performance goals.

Since we never know when an emergency like a fire or burst pipe might occur, our team also provides an

out-of-hours service

(on a rota basis) to assist customers in urgent property claim situations -- ensuring they have the support they need, 24/7. Additional compensation applies for this vital service.

-- those who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

While previous customer service experience is desired, it's your

passion, positivity, and can-do attitude

that truly set you apart. You'll be confident using IT systems, an excellent communicator, and someone who can build strong relationships with ease. Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key to success in this role.
