A varied role focusing on claim administration, ensuring that service and compliance standards are met and handling claim related customer communications.
Responsible for checking, collating and forwarding information needed for claims assessment and underwriting referrals.
Identify trends and areas for improvement with a solution-based attitude.
Responsible for approving claims and communicating claim outcomes to customers.
Communicating claim decline decisions with customers.
Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems.
Clear and efficient communication with third parties to gather information relevant to claims.
Ensuring team SLA's and KPI's are met.
Answer and resolve customer queries.
Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded and company and regulatory SLA's are met.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products.
Proactive in improving operational claim processes.
Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Support other departments, as required.
Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements.
Undertake ad-hoc projects for the management team.
