We have an opening for a experienced RTA Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor / Litigation Executive to join our RTA Team.
We're looking for a self-driven, professional and ambitious solicitor / fee earner who is able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. The ideal candidate must possess great interpersonal skills with a key focus on delivering great customer service, every customer, every time. The ideal candidate must be able to work and manage a case load of pre-litigation personal injury and credit hire files along with litigation experience.
The vacancy is available to experienced qualified solicitors / fee earners with a proven record of managing a case load RTA files with credit hire. The ideal candidate must have experience in the relevant areas of law with at least 12 months unsupervised case management experience.
Key Tasks
Handle a full caseload of Pre-Litigated and litigated matters.
Have experience of handling OIC/MOJ cases
Comply with tight deadlines
Be able to work independently
Need to demonstrate that they can cope well under pressure
Be able to build strong relationships with clients
Meet realistic Quarterly and Monthly targets
Essential Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required
Experience with OIC/MOJ/Pre-litigation and litigated cases
Must have extensive Personal Injury experience.
Experience of meeting Deadlines.
Ideally have current experience of handling a large caseload of RTA matters including credit hire files and some litigation experience.
Have previous experience of using a Case Management System
Be able to work off a task list
Have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines
Dealing with correspondence and telephone calls
Undertaking periodic reviews of files in line with Client requirements
Updating reports
Meeting agreed performance targets
Have an understanding of case law Pre-action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules
Have an understanding of credit hire case law.
Proficient IT skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
