About the Role

As a Loss Assessor with Morgan Clark, you'll manage both residential and commercial property claims. You'll assist policyholders throughout their insurance claim, attending site visits, liaising and negotiating with involved parties to secure a fair and timely settlement.

This is a home-based role, with the support of a dedicated back-office team. You'll have autonomy over your caseload while being part of a collaborative and supportive company.

South England - Ideally London and Home counties

What We're Looking For

CILA or CII qualified or working towards qualifications

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a property Loss Adjuster/Assessor

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage a large and varied caseload independently

Excellent client relationship skills and a calm, professional manner

Methodical, conscientious, and adaptable - especially during surge periods
