Regional

Claims Manager

with a strong background in

commercial claims

to lead our dedicated team in Leeds.

About the Role

As Claims Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality claims service. You'll lead a team of claims professionals, ensuring efficient handling, reduced claims costs, and excellent client outcomes. This is a key leadership role where your expertise in commercial claims will help shape our service and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the claims team to deliver outstanding service to clients and insurers
Oversee the handling of complex and high-value commercial claims
Build strong relationships with insurers, TPAs, loss adjusters, and internal stakeholders
Monitor claims activity, analyse trends, and report on performance
Act as a referral point for complex cases and support team development
Implement processes to improve claims handling and ensure compliance with SLAs
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to team members
Collaborate across the Jensten Group to share best practices and drive consistency

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

commercial claims handling and management

Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
A customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Ability to analyse data and identify trends to inform decision-making
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment

We are open to candidates being hybrid to either our Leeds or Shipley offices.
