Nurse Tele-Interviewer / Registered Nurse / North West or Home Based

Established for over 20 years MorganAsh offer specialist services to the Financial Services industry across the UK, Ireland and Germany.

MorganAsh works with leading names in Financial Services to carry out health and lifestyle interviews with clients taking out insurance policies buying annuities or maybe claiming on their insurance both in the UK and Ireland. This role would be about supporting people whilst they are unwell and helping them return to work where possible.

About the Role

The Nurse Tele-Interviewer undertakes assessments over the phone Use your experience and communication skills to assist a claim and support people whilst they are unwell. Use your conversation skills and empathy building to make the experience a positive one for the client, and in some case design a bespoke return to work plan Comprehensive training is provided to introduce you to the Insurance Industry and to become competent in our systems
The Candidate

You will be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC Registration Have Occupational Health experience Good communication skills both face to face and on the telephone Experience of using basic IT such as email and the internet Experience of previous telephone based nursing would be beneficial but not essential
Hours

We offer flexible working to fit in around your other work and family commitments, with a range of contracted hours (for now, zero hours contracts) Core hours would be 9-5 Mon to Fri but some evenings may be required This is a home based role, however onsite training may be required from our office in Daresbury WA4
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.86-17.26 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
