In this pivotal role, you'll be the guardian of our claims processes, overseeing both internal teams and external distributor partners. Your mission? To ensure unwavering compliance with FCA regulations, champion Consumer Duty principles, and drive timely claims progression and settlement.

Key responsibilities will be within

Internal claims oversight

Distributor partner oversight

Risk management and reporting

Culture and regulatory

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience in claims management (personal lines insurance experience is a plus!)

Deep understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements

Auditing and quality assessment expertise to keep us on track

Analytical superpowers to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement

Exceptional communication skills to provide clear feedback and reports

Relevant qualifications (e.g., IF1, IF2, IF4, CII Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Insurance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
