Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key commercial customers and brokers, focusing on promoting our Claims Proposition and enhancing the customer journey. Your portfolio will include alignment to a specific trading branch as well as a designated set of brokers, and customers, though flexibility is required for specialist or customer-driven work outside these areas.
You will act as the primary liaison for all classes of business, representing the Claims Division both internally and externally at a senior level. A core part of your role will involve promoting service initiatives, managing expectations, and driving continuous improvements in customer experience and claims understanding.
Our team works collaboratively across business areas, with Claims Proposition Managers playing a critical role in pre-quote engagement, acquisition, and implementation stages. You'll also contribute to the development of central materials and the evolution of our claims offering to meet changing customer needs.
This is a hybrid role (2 days per month) based out the Leeds offices.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa 43,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
