The Role

As a Claims Technician, you'll:

Handle and manage property insurance claims on behalf of clients. Negotiate with insurers to secure fair settlements. Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring a seamless claims process. Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports. Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in property claims

with a leading insurer. A proven track record in handling complex claims and achieving successful outcomes. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. A customer-focused approach and the ability to empathise with clients during challenging times. A valid UK driver's license (car allowance provided).
