Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities. Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a cohesive work environment.

Skills

Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain an orderly workspace. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Demonstrated phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues alike.
