Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial driving and have experience in bulk tipper or walking floor driving. This role requires excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of mechanical operations to ensure the safe and efficient transport of goods.

Duties

Operate HGV vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Perform pre inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with on site staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Valid category C + E driving licence with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a bulk tipper or walking floor driver Previous waste recycling experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times. Pay: 15.50-17.50 per hour
