We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our team, for our client based in Goole. The successful candidates will be based at the Tesco site in Goole and will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently to Tesco stores, RDCs and warehouses. Tasks may include drop & swaps, trunking and manual handling.

We are looking for drivers available for days, nights and weekend shifts start times are flexible on a: full-time; part-time; ad hoc; or ongoing basis. Additionally, there is the potential for a permanent position for those who are interested. This is a trunking driving position and will be ongoing throughout the year which is good for agency drivers as work will not drop in January.

Pay Rate:

Days 17.65 inclusive of holiday pay. Nights 18.77 inclusive of holiday pay. Sat 21.29 inclusive of holiday pay Sun/BH 23.53 inclusive of holiday pay

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Class 1 vehicles for transportation of goods. Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues. Follow all road safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of driving hours and deliveries. Communicate effectively with planners and management.

Requirements:

Valid Class 1 driver's license. Previous experience - a minimum of 6 months experience. Strong understanding of road safety and regulations. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. 6 points or less.
