The main function of this role is to deliver bakery products to our customers. Hours of work will be based on a rotating shift pattern including weekends starting between 5 and 7 pm.

Key Accountabilities

To comply with all legal and company requirements for HGV Drivers eg Health & Safety, Vehicle road worthiness and checks, Drivers hours etc To always drive Company vehicles to high standards of safety and courtesy, including compliance with the Highway Code and any Company standards To apply SAFED driving techniques, in order to maximise levels of safety and fuel efficiency To comply with all Company delivery and collection procedures To comply with Company standards for customer service To report immediately to the FLM any variations to required standards of product quality and service levels To follow Company standards and procedures for working with, and accounting for, Company products and equipment, e.g. bread baskets & pallets. To comply with all Company requirements for Driver training and communications To carry out any duties, as required by the Company, e.g. unloading, refuelling and washing vehicles and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

C+E on driving licence One year's driving experience of class C+E vehicles The ability to work shifts; including weekends CPC Qualification A digital drivers card
