Job Description

We are looking for a number of

LGV Class 1 Drivers

to support our operations based out of

South Ockendon, Thurrock, Essex.

All shifts operate on a 5-days-over-7 pattern, including weekends, morning shift start time is after 03:00am, totaling 42 hours per week.

Salary:

17.36 + 11% London Weighting
Weekend rate (between the hours 06:00-22:00)

Saturday: 19.25ph Sunday: 21.80ph
Night rate (between the hours 22:00-06:00)

Friday Night rate: 21.80ph Saturday Night rate: 24.80ph Sunday - Thursday Night rate: 19.25ph
We also pay

additional premium rates

of

weekly overtime x1.3

and

rest day working of x1.5

and a

bonus scheme

that sees you earn up to

6%

of your quarterly salary (paid every 3 months)

What the role involves

:

You'll be a part of our critical operation transporting clothing and homeware products to our 3rd parties and stores in the UK.

Successful applicants will receive 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager to provide any additional support required outside of their training alongside any support provided by the DDC.

We are looking for drivers with:

Licence requirements Class 1 C+E and CPC card

Minimum

1 year of HGV driving experience Maximum of 6 points on licence No penalty points/convictions A "Safety First" mindset, where nothing is placed over the safety of yourself, the public or your colleagues. Passion to provide excellent customer service Respect towards colleagues, equipment and product.
