About the Role

?

We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Driver to join our Transport department.

?Your main duties will include:?

The transport of agricultural/turf machinery including tractors, combines, sprayers and implements using low loaders or flatbed trailers to farms, customer sites and between our depots Perform pre-use vehicle checks and maintain transport logs in line with legal and company standards and ensure roadworthiness and legal compliance of the vehicle and load Load and unload equipment safely Ensure all goods are secured correctly and transported without damage Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the HGV vehicle assigned Maintain accurate delivery/collection paperwork, defect sheets, and tachograph records. Carry out risk assessments and ensure compliance with drivers' hours and Working Time Directive

?About You

The successful candidate will require a full HGV Class 1 license, valid driver CPC and also have previous experience with operating/handling agriculture and or/plant machinery

?Package details

Basic salary in the region of 39 - 45k (dependent on experience), overtime, 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 25 days (plus Bank Holidays), company pension and financial planning service.

??Hours of work

10 hours per day Monday to Friday (flexible start time) plus overtime as required

Occasional weekend works and nights away
