Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable HGV Trampers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. We operate and maintain a new fleet of Tractor Units that range from Scania, Volvo, Daf & Renaults. Drivers have access to both left and right hand Trucks.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehilce and trailer to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road. Assist in the maintenance of the vehicle by reporting any issues or required repairs promptly.

Requirements

Valid commercial driving licence (C+E or equivalent) with a clean driving record. Must have valid Drivers CPC, Drivers Card and Passport for EU. Proven experience essential. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism at all times.

Pay: 160.00-185.00 per day
