Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Class 1 Low Loader Driver to join our transport team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe loading, transportation, and unloading of heavy plant and machinery to and from customer sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a Class 1 low loader to transport excavators, dump trucks, telehandlers, rollers, and other heavy plant equipment.
Safely load and secure machinery in line with company and legal requirements.
Carry out vehicle and trailer checks, reporting any defects promptly.
Complete delivery paperwork and digital records accurately.
Liaise with customers and site staff to ensure smooth and professional service.
Comply with all road transport and driver's hours regulations.
Represent Flannery Plant Hire in a professional manner at all times.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
Proven experience operating low loaders and transporting heavy plant machinery.
Strong knowledge of load security and health & safety standards.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including early starts and occasional weekends.
Desirable:
Previous experience within the plant hire or construction industry.
Knowledge of plant equipment and basic mechanical awareness.
CSCS card or other industry-recognised safety training.
