As a Utility Team Member based at our site in Larkwhistle, you will have a varied role, spending the majority of the year as a Class 1 Multi-Drop Driver within our Logistics department, and the rest as part of our Seed department, working as a Farm-Saved Seed (FSS) Operator, servicing farmers across the region. Both roles require a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.

n this role, you will:
As an FSS Operator
- Travel to farms, operate seed cleaning and treatment machinery, and work closely with customers to meet their requirements.As a Multi-Drop Driver
- Deliver agricultural products across the region, ensuring safe and timely transport. Load and unload goods with care, maintaining accuracy in deliveries, complete vehicle checks and comply with transport legislation and safety requirements.What You'll Bring:
A full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence - or a willingness to train towards it if you meet other role criteria. A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card. Strong customer service skills and a professional approach. Practical experience in agriculture or farming is highly desirable. Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical skills. ADR and forklift licences are beneficial, but training will be provided. An interest in the Agriculture sector.

A full-time, permanent role with paid overtime after 40 hours. A varied and rewarding position within a busy, seasonal business. Training and development, including progression to Class 1 if required.
