Hours: Monday to Friday

Experienced night drivers required delivering to our Burton on Trent, using a Double-deck Trailer. Five nights, Monday to Friday leaving our Pitstone site, at approximately 6:30pm, returning to Pitstone by 4:30am. As we know transport is transport and a degree of flexibility will be required, some days will be shorter, some days will be longer. Based out of Leighton Buzzard

Key Functions of the Role:

To complete paperwork provided To complete all given tasks to the best of your ability To adhere to all company policy & procedures as outlined with the Staff and Drivers' Handbook To keep all driving records including mileage, tachos, time sheets, receipts, defect reports and daily de-brief reports To be courteous to all staff and customers within UPN and communicate effectively throughout the working shift Performing simple vehicle maintenance, reporting defects to your line manager and taking the vehicle for repairs and inspections To secure the load and integrity of the goods on your vehicle and ensure zero damage Appropriately operate all equipment as required To be prepared to work in any traffic, weather and timing according to the Company's business needs To maintain your assigned vehicle inside and outside.

Requirements:

Drivers are required to have at least 2 years Class 1 experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00 per year
