Job Description

Taskmaster Resources LTD are looking for HGV Class 1 night drivers for an ongoing contract to work for our client based near Rotherham S66.

Working as a team of 2, you will be responsible for delivering parts to RDC's overnight for delivery the following day. Typically, working with another driver or drivers mate depending on the location you will be going to.

When making the delivery, you will be working with the other driver/drivers' mate using the tail lift and loading the RDC/branch. All the trailers are double-deckers, so the use of them would be advantageous.

Applicants must have the following:

Hold a valid Category C+E (Class 1) HGV/ LGV entitlement. Minimum of 1 year of class 1 experience, with 6 months of on the road experience Hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card (Digi Card). Have no more than 6 points on your license; DR DD IN endorsements are not accepted. Hold a full CPC.

Responsibilities:

Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition. Deliver goods to designated locations, maintaining accurate delivery records.
