Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable HGV Class 2 (C) with Hiab ticket to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our 26t flatbed hiab truck for both our own deliveries and for hiab transport for others. The HGV Driver will play a crucial part in supporting the daily scaffolding operations and contributing to an organised and safe working environment as part of a small dedicated team.

Duties

.

Daily operation of hiab crane truck from loading, deliveries and collections and unloading as required. Operate telehandler for loading and unloading vehicles (Full training will be provided). Assist with ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management. Work as part of a small team.

Requirements

Must have Class 2 (C) licence and up to date drivers CPC along with ALLMI crane loader certification. Clean drivers licence is preferable. Must be physically fit and happy to work outside given the nature of the work. Proficiency in operating telehandlers; relevant certifications are advantageous although full training will be provided for the successful candidate on completion of a probation period. Ability to perform materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 25 kg). Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork is essential.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Previous hiab crane truck experience. Telehandler Licence (Preferable but not essential as full training will be provided). Basic numeracy skills. Hands-on approach. Good communication skills - verbal and written. A positive can-do attitude. Ability to work under pressure and using own initiative.
